  1. IT companies in the field of servicing: computer hardware, electronic information and document flow system, software,
  2. the company operating the complaint system, i.e. Mobi.pl S.C. Polish NIP: 9691616598, EU VAT: PL9691616598, Traugutta 135 street, 44-120 Pyskowice, Poland,
  3. law firms,
  4. courier companies,
  5. manufacturers of products or materials,
  6. contractors for repair of reported complaints,
  7. company engaged in the destruction of documents,
  8. as well as entities operating within a group of companies,
  whereby such entities will process data on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator's instructions.
4. Your personal data will be stored until you object to the processing of your data for the purpose of keeping a record of complaints
5. Subject to the conditions set forth in the provisions of the RODO, you have the following rights:
  1. The right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion, restriction of their processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  2. The right to object, including profiling, to processing based on the legitimate interests of the administrator.
  3. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) in case the processing of personal data concerning you is deemed to violate the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
